Domestic Returns
You may return new, unopened, items sold within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We’ll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect item, etc)

Shipping Policies
Domestic Shipping
Cosmetic Company orders are typically shipped within business day via Australia Post. A notification will be sent once your package has been shipped.
Australian customers will usually receive their package within 1 to 5 business days from the date the package was shipped. However, we do ask that you allow 5 to 7 business days for the product to arrive due to occasional delays within the postal service (especially around public holidays and the Christmas period).
International Shipping
The Cosmetic Company gladly accepts orders from countries around the globe. Orders shipped to countries outside of the Australia. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. We will do our best to post to you in a way this will not occur.
A notification will be sent once a package has been shipped. Please note that international orders can take up to 10 to 15 business days to arrive.
