For exfoliating purposes, it helps the dead epidermal skin cells to shed, exposing new, more vibrant and healthy cells below. It penetrates deep into clogged pores to remove dirt, oil and other impurities, loosens and lifts out pesky blackheads and evens out skin tone.

Once pores have been penetrated and unclogged, it helps prevent them from clogging by constricting their diameter. This helps minimise future dirt and oil building up in the skin.

A professionally formulated Skin Peel, Salicylic Acid is a Beta Hydroxy (BHA) acid, initially derived from the bark of the Willow tree and various wintergreen leaves. Nowadays, Salicylic Acid is synthetically produced under various scientific processes.
